Lafayette Mittelstand Capital portfolio company ACISO/INJOY has acquired 100% of ACTIC Fitness GmbH from ACTIC Sverige AB. ACTIC operates around 20 fitness clubs, most of which are integrated into municipal swimming pools.
The acquisition expands the ACISO network by approximately 20,000 members and 250 experts and is an ideal complement to INJOY's service-oriented premium concept. The aim of the integration is to create synergies between ACTIC's pool-based training and INJOY's high quality standards.
Lafayette Mittelstand Capital is actively supporting the group in bundling these high-quality service concepts in order to maximize customer benefits and drive further expansion in the market.
