Lafayette Mittelstand Capital has acquired the assets of BigCityBeats GmbH, the renowned organizer of the “World Club Dome” festivals, from Bernd Breiter and Beyond Capital Partners. BigCityBeats is considered a leading German event organizer, known for large-scale electronic dance music events in unusual locations such as stadiums and cruise ships.
Founder Bernd Breiter will retain a minority stake and will continue to play a key role in shaping the future of the company. The transaction is in line with Lafayette Mittelstand Capital's strategy of investing specifically in high-growth companies with established and innovative brands.
