Lafayette Mittelstand Capital has acquired the Zerbst Pflege Group and is integrating eight additional care facilities into the Argentum Group's portfolio. This strategic move expands the network to a total of 30 locations.
The integration significantly strengthens the regional presence in the core regions of Magdeburg, Leipzig, and Dresden. The higher density of locations also enables valuable synergies in administration. It is particularly noteworthy that, following two years of restructuring proceedings, the takeover secures the future for 750 employees and around 900 nursing places in the long term.
Lafayette Mittelstand Capital will continue to closely support the expanded group in the coming years. The aim is to secure long-term growth and make sound care expertise available to an even larger group of people.
