The MDEXX Group has successfully sold its Magnetronic Devices division to the Nasdaq Stockholm-listed AQ Group. The sold division specializes in the manufacture of special inductive components and generates annual sales of around €47 million. With this acquisition, the AQ Group gains a leading manufacturer with production sites in Germany and Czechia. This strategic sale allows MDEXX Holding to sharpen its focus on the industrial fan sector. In the future, the company will increasingly specialize in high-quality ventilation solutions for applications in the railway, shipping, and industrial drive sectors.
