Background: Christian has over 15 years of experience in private equity, turnaround management, controlling, and consulting.

Professional Experience: He has led numerous acquisitions for Lafayette and served in multiple Interim-CEO roles, specializing in negotiations with works councils and insolvency administrators. Prior to Lafayette, he was a Consultant at RoelfsPartner and served as a Group Controller for GKN.

Education: Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg.
