Background: Patrick has over 25 years of experience in private equity, turnaround management, corporate development, and investment banking.

Professional Experience: He has led numerous investment transactions and served in multiple Interim-CEO roles, driving value through strategic restructuring and operational optimization. Previously, he co-managed a €250m public market fund for Electra/QMC and led M&A at Kabel Deutschland. He began his career in the corporate finance divisions of J.P. Morgan and Wasserstein Perella.

Education: He holds a Master’s in Economics from Justus-Liebig University, with additional studies at Heriot-Watt University and Université Montpellier I, and was a scholar of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.
