Background: Philipp has more than 5 years of professional experience in private equity and corporate finance, with experience in transaction advisory and family office environments.

Professional Experience: At KPMG, he supported PE funds in exiting portfolio companies by providing FDDs and financial factbooks. He was also a member of the investment teams at Koehler Group and Auctus Capital Partners.

Education: He holds an M. Sc. in Financial Management from the University of Hohenheim and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Corporate State University Karlsruhe.
