In order to accelerate the Optimization of the entire Production value chain at our portfolio companies we look to expand our Frankfurt Advisory Team by adding a

 

 

                                  LEAN MANUFACTURING

 

                                           CONSULTANT

 

 

Your task is to take leadership and responsibility of:

• Analysis of existing production, order and procurement value chains

• Identify areas for potential digitization 

• Assess and rank digitization potentials by possible economic benefits

• Design and implement a roadmap towards a truely integrated digitized workflow accross along the value chain respecting Lean Management Principles

• Work closely with Lean Management experts and Lafayette's Investment Professionals

Applicants should be able to prove the following:

• 3-5 years hand-ons professional experience in the introduction and implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts (Value Stream, Pull, 7S, Kaizen principles)

• Proven leadership skills in previous projects and roles

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Engineering degree

• Fluency in German / English
