Frankfurt am Main, Aug 2024 – Lafayette Mittelstand Capital has acquired the assets of BigCityBeats GmbH, the organizer of the renowned “World Club Dome” music festival, from Bernd Breiter and Beyond Capital Partners.

BigCityBeats, founded by Bernd Breiter in 2005, is a leading player in the German music events scene, known for its innovative and spectacular festivals held in unique venues like stadiums, arenas, cruise ships, and even airplanes.

The acquisition of BigCityBeats aligns with Lafayette's strategy of investing in and supporting high-growth companies with strong brands and a focus on innovation.
