Your task is to take leadership and responsibility of:

• Identification and Due Diligence of suitable Target Companies

• Creating Business Plans together with Company Management Teams

• Leading key aspects of acquisition negotiations

• Supporting Portfolio Companies in the Turnaround and / or Growth Phases in oneor more of the following key functions: Sales, Production, Purchasing, Personnel, Controlling

• Leading key add-on acquisitions and other key events in the (re-)positioning of portfolio companies

• Leading key aspects of the exit process

 

Applicants should be able to prove the following:

• 3-5 years prior work experience in hands-on roles in consulting, corporate development, private-equity, investment banking

• Proven leadership skills in previous projects and roles

• Good excel financial modeling and powerpoint / word presentation skills

• MBA/BA/Diploma with excellent results combined with relevant internships

• Entrepreneurial team player with drive, intrinsic motivation and interest in assuming ever growing responsibilities

• Fluency in German / English
